Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

As soon as an order is shipped,  an email with tracking information and a link to trace the order online will be sent to the buyer.

 

How do we ship?

 

CANADA

We ship our orders by Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx Ground from Vancouver, BC, Montreal, QC, and Strattford, ON., to all Canadian Provinces.

Regular mail Orders to Canada are sent via Canada Post Expedited service, FedEx, or Purolator Ground.

Priority mail: By Canada Post Priority Mail /FedEx Express

Overnight delivery:  FedEx Express and Purolator, please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O Boxes

If you happen to have your own courier account, we will be happy to use it, a handling fee of 3 USD will be applied per order. If you live in the Greater Vancouver, you are welcome to visit us to pick up your parcel. Please choose “local pick up” as the shipping method. Send us an email with the account number, your order number, and Purchase Order Number if available.

Covid-19 update January 2021:  We are shipping orders on a daily basis, however Canada Post, Purolator, and USPS  may take longer since regular shopping channels are closed and there is a significant increase in mail in orders. Please consider these delays before placing your order. Once the order has been shipped it can't be canceled.    if an order was shipped and you wish you cancel it, you must wait until you receive it and request an RMA (return merchant authorization).  From the moment an order is placed you have approximately 24 hours to cancel it, once the status is shipped, cancellations will be denied.

 

USA

We ship our orders to the USA are shipped domestically by USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground   Please note that we ship orders 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed. For certain products, the shipping fee in the shopping cart is just an estimate and we could get back to you with the correct charges. You  are welcome to call beforehand  to  confirm the shipping fees for your order

CODS

We offer CODs within Canada. Please note that 7 Canadian dollars will be added to the purchase total, which is paid to Canada post for the service. COD is only available via Canada Post Expedited Service.

Worldwide 

We ship all international parcels via USPS first class (regular mail), priority mail ( priority parcels), or express (4-10 days shipping). Please note that international orders could be subject to customs fees by the local customs office. Merconnet is not responsible for any duties charges and the customer is entitled to cover all fees in the country of destination.

Fraudulent Orders

Due to the increase in Fraudulent activities on online purchasing, we do not offer shipping to the following countries:

  • Nigeria
  • Indonesia
  • Belarus
  • Bosnia
  • Russia
  • Romania
  • Haiti
  • Laos
  • Oman

If you live in, or would like to ship as a gift to one of these countries listed above, please contact us directly and we go from there. We do and will continue to report any fraudulent transactions, We use a rather lengthy procedure to verify all orders before we ship them.

Returns

Customers have 30 days counting from the day the order was received to return the merchandise for a refund and 1 year for exchanges in case of defective items (manufacturing defects). In order to send a return, please contact [email protected] to get an RMA, we will send you a Return Merchant Authorization with the instructions to send your item back.

Please make sure to wrap the items with care and mark the envelope with your order ID. International RMAs (from other countries than the USA and Canada) should send all returns using the post office, do not use any courier service.

Important: Returns for a refund will only be accepted if the product is in saleable conditions and the original box and accessories are sent.  If the product is returned used or incompleted, we will send it back to the sender or apply   a restocking fee of 15, 30, or 50%.(depending on the conditions of the return)

 

Wrong address

If the address provided is wrong and the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying again for shipping fees. The second shipment will not be  sent until   payment for shipping fees is received or approved by the school district and the first shipment is received  by our warehouse
